Fresh off his latest hit “Day N Night,” Afrojack is back with an amazing new progressive house tune, “Feels Like Home.” Teaming up with longtime collaborators DubVision, Afrojack fans are sure to recognize a track that has become a mainstay in his sets. “Feels Like Home” is also set to become the first ever Dutch Grand Prix anthem. Afrojack will join other prestigious DJs such as Tiësto and Armin Van Buuren who have performed at an F1 race. Fellow Dutchman Max Verstappen is one of the premier F1 racers in the world and has helped drive the popularity of the sport recently.
Recently debuted during Afrojack’s Ultra Miami set, “Feels Like Home” heavily features DubVision’s progressive influence. The track starts out with beautiful piano notes below the elegant topline. It’s one of those songs that reminds you that someone who’s very far away, can actually be very close by. Once the track gets to the glorious drop, it’s pure progressive house bliss. This is a track that allows festival season to live forever. Here’s what the artists had to say about “Feels Like Home.”
“I’m extremely honored to have been asked to collaborate with my good friends DubVision for the official anthem by the organization of the Dutch Grand Prix. The track is an ode to where it all started; for me, for Verstappen, for DubVision and so many others. I can’t wait to share it with the world on the 2nd of September.” – Afrojack
“I don’t think it’s fully sunk in yet that we will actually be taking part in the Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix, one of the biggest moments in sports of the year. We’ll be working around the clock together with Nick to make sure we deliver the best version of the track possible. Let’s hope ‘The Orange Army’ approves!” – DubVision
