A personal message from the author:
Jesus has blessed me with talents, and it would be a disserves to him and my family if I did not use them. This book is dedicated to all who have served in the armed forces. It is my sincere hope that this book will bring as much entertainment to all who read it as it did for me to write it.
To the memory of my grandmother whose words still haunt my life and guide my steps.
A special thanks to Angel Robles my brother in arms whose courage and sacrifice on that fateful Iraq night saved my life!

A man plagued with memories of a violent past!
A small town with a secret!
A house with a history!
David Livingstone an Iraqi combat veteran plagued with nightmares is trying to get away from the stresses of life. At the orders of his psychiatrist, David decides to go on a road trip. Hoping a quiet place will help him overcome his PTSD, he takes a walk in the countryside.
Where down a winding path he happens upon an old Victorian style mansion. Immediately he falls in love with the old place, but the people in the nearby town say the house is haunted. David does not believe in such things; he believes only living enemies can harm you. However, not long after purchasing the house strange things start happening to him.
He starts hearing voices and having visions of things he left buried in the sands of Iraq. Are these voices emerging from somewhere in the dark corridors that fill the house or the dark corridors that fill his mind?
As David begins to dig through the memories in his mind and the history of the house. The line between dream and reality begins to blur.
Are these just memories and nightmares brought on by PTSD or is there something more sinister at work?
