Warning! Spoilers ahead for She-Hulk: Attorney At Law episode 6.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law created an MCU loophole about the Soul Stone which makes Black Widow's (Scarlett Johansson) death worse. Avengers: Endgame functioned as the end of the Infinity Saga, and to emphasize it, the film also saw the end of the road for some MCU founding heroes. Unlike Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans’ Avengers co-leaders, Iron Man and Captain America whose send-offs happen at the end of the film, Natasha Romanoff's end takes place in the movie's second act.

After Avengers: Infinity War established that a sacrifice was needed to acquire the Soul Stone, there were questions as to who could die for it during the Avengers' time heist in Avengers: Endgame. Both Black Widow and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) fought gallantly to die for the cause, but in the end, the former won the tussle. Admittedly, Romanoff's death is one of the more controversial aspects of the 2019 MCU crossover film, and now She-Hulk: Attorney At Law just made it much worse.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law episode 6 introduced a new superpowered individual — Craig Hollis aka. Mr. Immortal (David Pasquesi), who is incapable of dying. Given his existence in the MCU, the Avengers could have used his help in acquiring the Soul Stone in Avengers: Endgame. Instead of sending Black Widow, Earth's Mightiest Heroes could have sent him to Vormir where he could sacrifice himself in exchange for the powerful Infinity Stone. Since he is able to easily resurrect, Mr. Immortal could have easily revived himself after jumping off the cliff for the elemental crystal. The fact that he exists in the MCU somehow undermines the importance of Black Widow's death in Avengers: Endgame.
Mr. Immortal Could Have Beaten Thanos Without A Sacrifice
It's uncertain where Mr. Immortal was during the events of the Infinity Saga, particularly towards the end of it when Thanos's (Josh Brolin) intentions finally became clear. His cameo in the Easter egg-filled She-Hulk episode 6 was far too brief which meant that the show revealed very limited information about him. That being said, it was established that he has been doing his death trick to get out of several marriages. The fact that he didn't even think about jumping off the GLK&H building knowing full well that he would survive the fall indicates that he has been doing his shtick for a while. Perhaps, he may have even evaded the Snap considering that he can resurrect himself. Had the Avengers known of Mr. Immortal's existence, they could have used his help to defeat Thanos without the need to sacrifice anyone in the process.
What's curious is if Marvel Studios even realizes that She-Hulk: Attorney At Law's Mr. Immortal indirectly cheapens Black Widow's already controversial death. They intentionally poked fun at it before via Ms. Marvel, so it's possible that they're well aware of what they are doing now. If that's the case, it's interesting to know why they're doing it, especially since Romanoff's demise continues to be a highly-divisive topic with regard to Avengers: Endgame.
