The latest trailer for Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile has been released. Based on the children's book of the same name by author Bernard Waber, Lyle, Lyle, Crocide tells the story of the Primm family who discover a singing crocodile in their New York home. The movie is directed by Will Speck and Josh Gordon, who are best known for comedies like Blades of Glory and Office Christmas Party.

Sony Pictures has released a new trailer for Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile that highlights the central focus of the bond between the titular crocodile voiced by Shawn Mendes and the young boy Josh Prime (Winslow Fegley). The movie also stars Constance Wu, Javier Bardem, Scoot McNairy, and Brett Gelman. Sony Pictures seems to have great confidence in Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile has they have given it the first weekend of October release they gave Venom, Venom: Let There Be Carnage and have set aside for Madame Web in 2023. Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile will mark the first major theatrical family film since DC League of Super-Pets at the end of July. With music from the songwriting duo that worked on the memorable songs of The Greatest Showman sung by Mendes, one of the most popular pop stars around, Sony Pictures might have a big hit on their hands and the next big family movie franchise.
