The official HBO Max release date for the hit animated film DC League of Super-Pets has now been revealed. DC League of Super-Pets sets it focus on Superman’s beloved canine Krypto (Dwayne Johnson) as the heroic Labrador Retriever forms his own super-team of shelter pets in attempt to rescue the Justice League after the heroes are captured by Lex Luthor. The smash-hit animated film opened in theaters on July 29 and has raked in over $177 million at the global box office. It was previously announced that DC League of Super-Pets will be available in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on October 4.

HBO Max has now revealed that DC League of Super-Pets will be available on its platform before the animated film’s physical release date. The streamer took to Twitter to announce that DC League of Super-Pets will be available to stream starting on September 26. Check out the official announcement below:
DC League of Super-Pets features the impressive vocal talents of Keanu Reeves as Batman, John Kransinski as Superman, Kevin Hart as Batman’s faithful canine Ace, Olivia Wilde as Lois Lane, and Kate McKinnon as the guinea pig Lulu. Natasha Lyonne, Diego Luna, Vanessa Bayer, Thomas Middleditch, and Marc Maron are also among the hit animated film’s incredible vocal cast. Although the film is currently still in theaters, audiences don't have long to wait to stream DC League of Super-Pets on HBO Max, which should tide viewers over until Black Adam's release next month.
